Frost Corner has always been a father-and-daughter project before it became a recipe website.
That means there isn’t a big customer support team behind the scenes.
Most of the time, it’s just Daniel and me testing recipes, taking photos, writing instructions, and reading the messages that come in.
So yes, there’s a very good chance your email will be read by one of us.

One of my favorite parts of running Frost Corner is hearing how our recipes turn out in someone else’s kitchen.

Some of our recipe ideas don’t start with us.
They start with someone asking,
“Can you make this at home?”
Maybe it’s your favorite coffee shop drink.
Maybe it’s a frozen lemonade from a local restaurant.
Maybe it’s a slushie you’ve been buying for years.
Send us the name.
Daniel and I keep a running list of recipe requests, and we genuinely enjoy working through them one by one.
We can’t promise we’ll publish every request, but we do read every suggestion.
Found Something That Doesn’t Look Right?
Recipes are tested carefully before they’re published.
Even so, we’re human.
A typo can sneak in.
A measurement can need another look.
A link might stop working.
If you notice something that seems off, we’d really appreciate you letting us know.
Keeping our recipes accurate is just as important to us as creating them.
